📋 Description

• Develop expertise in online risk and abuse on social/dating platforms.
• Investigate user reports and apply guidelines consistently.
• Conduct risk assessments; escalate high-risk cases.
• Monitor livestreams in real time; enforce guidelines.
• Identify gaps; propose safety improvements.
• Report and document technical bugs from moderation.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years in Trust & Safety, moderation or risk assessment.
• Nice to have: Customer Support in real-time decision-making.
• Languages: French (C1/C2) and English (B2); Spanish a plus.
• Strong understanding of German culture, youth trends, online norms.
• Knowledge of social platforms, user dynamics, digital communities.
• Understanding of how dating/social apps work and typical risks.
