Member Experience Manager - Los Angeles

📋 Description

• On-site hospitality role based in Los Angeles, CA (5 days/week)
• Manage member experience, events, and programming to deliver exceptional days at work
• Identify member needs and provide consultative, solutions-focused support
• Represent Industrious in the local market and build relationships with potential members
• Coordinate communications and logistics to ensure smooth operations
• Partner with broader team to create engaging experiences for members

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with physical activity up to 25 lbs
• Stand, bend, kneel, reach, and walk for extended periods
• Operate common equipment (printers, dishwashers, etc.)
• Assist in food prep and cleaning per health and safety rules
• Maintain sanitary work areas and follow safety protocols
