📋 Description

• Build a scalable affiliate program to drive revenue
• Manage creators, influencers, affiliates, and healthcare experts
• Negotiate smart deals and optimize spend
• Ensure campaigns have tracking and reporting to prove performance
• Collaborate cross-functionally to launch campaigns on time
• Maintain pipeline from outreach to live campaigns

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in influencer marketing, affiliate management, or partnerships
• Experience with Impact, Klear, GRIN, Shopify Affiliates or similar
• Strong data skills: ROAS, CAC, GA4, UTMs, attribution
• Relationship-building and contract negotiation
• Health/wellness or D2C experience a plus
