Partner Enablement + Program Manager, Startups

📋 Description

• Build and maintain partner enablement materials that help partners promote and build with Supabase
• Manage the operational cadence of partner programs across partner types
• Organize Supabase's presence at partner and VC-related events, including sourcing speakers
• Plan and run hackathons end-to-end: coordination, logistics, sponsorships, judging, prizes
• Coordinate cross-functionally to align enablement and event activity with pipeline goals
• Measure and report on program impact and partner-sourced pipeline

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in partner enablement, program management, event marketing, or partner
• Track record of running events from planning through post-event reporting
• Strong project management instincts with attention to detail
• Comfort working with external stakeholders (partners, VCs, accelerators)
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to produce enablement materials
• Ability to build metrics-based reporting to show impact
