🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years software engineering, technical leadership
• Proficient in Go, Rust, Python; strong systems & security engineering
• Architecting platforms across multiple teams or product areas
• Hands-on: coding, prototyping, design reviews, debugging
• Deep knowledge of concurrency, networking, storage, APIs, data systems, cloud infra (AWS/GCP/Azure)
