Senior Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own the home screen and core navigation experience, ML-orchestrated, guiding members to the right
• Lead cross-functional teams to build and scale home, navigation, and discovery surfaces.
• Define OKRs and drive adoption of design system and platform improvements.
• Establish metrics to track activation, design system adoption, and performance.
• Lead AI-native initiatives to speed insight-to-spec-to-shipped experiments.
• Collaborate with design and engineering to ship rapid experiments and product features.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of product management at a consumer technology product company
• Strong product/design sense with craft and growth focus
• Analytical skills to leverage data for decisions
• Ability to discuss technical constraints affecting performance and architecture
• Deep user empathy and experience building user-centric products
• Proven rapid experimentation culture and cross-team alignment
