- Design and deploy AI-powered agents for internal ops and potential customer use cases.
- Build AI workflows using OpenAI and Claude via APIs.
- Develop and optimize prompt logic for business needs.
- Monitor performance and refine workflows for reliability and impact.
- Identify opportunities to apply AI within existing processes.
- Own automation initiatives from concept to deployment.
🎯 Requirements
- 3–6+ years in automation, systems integration, or related roles.
- Experience building workflows with Make, Zapier, or n8n.
- Hands-on with AI tools/APIs such as OpenAI, Claude.
- Experience integrating multiple software platforms and operating systems.
- Ability to own projects end-to-end.
- Strong API/webhook, data integration, and data flow skills.
