📋 Description
- Aligns DSS study teams with program strategies.
- Acts as DSS operational lead for assigned studies.
- Coordinates cross-functional teams to meet objectives.
- Uses analytics and PM tools to optimize study execution.
- Ensures compliance with GCP/ICH and AbbVie SOPs.
- Mentors Data Science Associates and may supervise contractors.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, MIS, CS, life sciences (Master’s preferred). PMP or Lean Six Sigma
- 3+ years pharma/clinical data experience or 5+ years PM experience.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial process; experience managing trials preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence without authority.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
