Staff Product Designer, Growth

📋 Description

• Embed with the Growth team; help define roadmap, vision, and lead design work.
• Own design for funnel optimization, NUX, and personalization for guided flows.
• Leverage AI to create personalized customer experiences.
• Design growth systems, experiments, and new product features; translate insights into testable
• Champion designs for a seamless SMB user experience.
• Facilitate workshops to develop winning ideas.

🎯 Requirements

• Portfolio shows high-quality work impacting project success.
• 7+ years design experience, including 4 years on Growth/ecommerce/merchandising, driving
• Experience onboarding and merchandising surfaces with iterative experimentation (A/B testing); know
• Comfort with UX research independently; curious and focused on core problems.
• Thrive in complexity and fast-paced settings; balance craft, critical thinking, and business needs.
• Strong interest in psychology; behavioral science is a plus.
