📋 Description
- Contribute manufacturing, design and problem-solving skills to support daVinci SinglePort platform
- Provide daily support for existing in-house lines and develop new assembly processes
- Drive continuous improvement of fixtures and processes to improve quality, throughput and cost
- Lead root cause investigations and manage quality system compliance
- Assist line transfer, design feedback and V&V activities for new products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives and launch products
🎯 Requirements
- Strong 3D modeling/CAD experience (SolidWorks preferred) for complex fixtures
- Foundation in design, fabrication and assembly process development for complex mechanical assemblies
- Experience with injection molding, thermoforming, machining, stamping, MIM
- Proficient in statistical methods (Cpk, ANOVA, DOE) for process development
- Excellent communication and ability to interact with operators, engineers and suppliers
- Travel flexibility to suppliers or Intuitive sites
