• Translate creative concepts into production-ready artwork for textile manufacturing
• Focus on print and textile design with emphasis on size scaling across product dimensions
• Collaborate with textile design, product development, and production partners
• Ensure designs are optimized for print and meet manufacturing requirements
• Deliver high-quality files with precision and consistency
• Maintain organization with strong version control and calendar adherence

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of textile design or pre-production experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Textile Design or related field
• Expert level Adobe Photoshop; strong Adobe Creative Suite skills
• Experience with layered files (overlays, textures, distressing)
• Excellent time management and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams
