📋 Description
- Respond to confirmed compromises on customer endpoints subscribed to Active Remediation MDR service
- Investigate threats, analyze, contain, and remediate in customer environments
- Provide thorough reports detailing actions taken and future protection strategies
- Collaborate with Detection Engineering, Threat Hunting, Intel, and Product teams to develop timely
- Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation
🎯 Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills from responding to security events
- Mastery of Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) products such as CrowdStrike, Defender for
- Deep understanding of Windows and MacOS internals
- Experience with AI tools and integrating new tech to enhance workflows
- Clear technical documentation and communication skills
- Availability to work Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:00pm MT and participate in monthly on-call rotations
