🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Proficient in two trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry).
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.
• Reliable transportation to respond to emergencies.
• Ability to move heavy equipment; read, write, and speak English.
