📋 Description

• Provide personal care and companionship per written plan of care.
• Assist with activities of daily living and daily living tasks in clients\' homes.
• Support with daily routines, mobility, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
• Maintain patient safety, dignity, and independence at home.

🎯 Requirements

• Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license in good standing with the board.
• Minimum one year of work experience in home health or patient care preferred.
• Ability to travel to clients\' homes and work a day-evening-weekend shift schedule.
• Compassion, empathy, and strong communication skills.
