Director of Fulfillment Center Operations

📋 Description

• Lead site operations for Indiana fulfillment center with P&L responsibility.
• Own performance targets across Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
• Mentor and scale a multi-tier leadership team (Senior Ops Managers, Area Managers).
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen initiatives to improve throughput and SOPs.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Software teams on automation and capacity improvements.
• Align site ops with Spreetail’s global supply chain strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in fulfillment, manufacturing, or distribution (e-commerce preferred).
• 5+ years leading salaried leaders and teams of 300+
• BS in Engineering, Operations, or analytical field.
• Problem-solver who thrives on optimizing complex systems.
