📋 Description
- Support synthesis of salt forms and polymorphs for drug candidates
- Perform solid form and particle characterization
- Collaborate with Medicinal Chemistry, Formulation, and Biopharmaceutics
- Conduct solid state characterization techniques (XRD, DSC, TGA, spectroscopy)
- Help define crystallization, screening, and API particle strategies
- Document work in electronic lab notebook systems
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's with 2+ years or MS/PhD in pharmaceutical science/chemistry/related field
- Experience with solid state characterization (XRD, microscopy, DSC, TGA, spectroscopy)
- FTIR/NIR/FT-Raman and SSNMR knowledge is a plus
- Strong data analysis, independent work, good communication
- Some programming experience is a plus
