KIPP - Instructional Aide - Elementary School (26-27)

📋 Description

• Assist instructional activities for individuals or small groups in special ed or general classroom.
• Support 60-80 elementary students after school with homework and enrichment.
• Help establish classroom and school-wide behavior routines.
• Perform clerical tasks as assigned.
• Work throughout the entire school year; 12-month role with breaks.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years in a youth development org or equivalent supervising activities.
• CPR/First Aid Certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent; one of: AA degree, BA degree (or 48 units).
• Pass the ETS ParaPro Assessment (460+).
• Pass the CBEST exams.
• Strong communication; proficient with Google Suite (Classroom, Hangout, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
