• 10+ years of experience building and scaling global People or HR experiences.
• Experience leading complex programs in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with high ownership.
• Strong systems thinking across people, processes, tools, policies, and org decisions.
• Proven ability to build enduring stakeholder relationships and clear accountability.
• Disciplined problem solving with data-driven reasoning.
• High agency and sound judgment; act quickly when progress is blocked.
