Litigation and Risk Paralegal

📋 Description

• Role is remote; primary responsibility for investigation and response to escalated pre-litigation
• Support with consumer complaints escalated to state AGs or counsel and regulatory inquiries.
• Maintain templates and processes for escalated dispute letters; manage records in matter management
• Assist with fact investigation and data preparation for litigation; maintain electronic records.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification (or equivalent).
• 7+ years’ paralegal experience supporting litigation or dispute resolution.
• Knowledge of state and federal litigation procedures and standard contractual language.
• In-house or law firm experience preferred; strong cross-functional communication.
• Discretion with confidential data; curious and willing to adopt AI tools for efficiency.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
