Senior Staff AI-Native Software Engineer – Agentic Systems

📋 Description

• Design, build, and operate production-grade agentic AI systems embedded across ServiceNow's
• Develop multi-agent architectures with tool use, planning loops, memory, and failure recovery.
• Ground agents with enterprise data layers (CMDB, Knowledge Graph) for context-aware decisions.
• Establish guardrails: observability, human-in-the-loop controls, and governance for safe deployment.
• Collaborate on retrieval and grounding with RAG pipelines, hybrid search, and low-latency data
• Integrate frontier models (Anthropic, Google, OpenAI) into production workflows and evaluate

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering with strong fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience designing and operating agentic systems in production.
• Production-grade Python; knowledge of Go, Java, or C++ is a plus.
• Experience with frontier AI SDKs and production model evaluation.
• Familiarity with RAG, vector stores, and retrieval evaluation metrics.
• Leadership track record: architecture ownership and mentoring.
