📋 Description

• Lead GenAI projects end-to-end from POC to full-scale implementation for Fortune 500 clients.
• Manage a team of Turing engineers across multiple skill sets and drive technical direction.
• Engage with clients to build AI product pipelines and expand to more processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery with engineering, product, and client success teams.
• Communicate status, risks, and ROI considerations to stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• 10+ years experience, 4+ years in ML/AI project delivery.
• Experience with GenAI agentic designs and frameworks (e.g., Langchain, Langgraph).
• Cloud: Azure, GCP, or AWS; Agile methodologies; JIRA/Confluence.
