📋 Description

• Support daily security ops with autonomy and expertise.
• Handle advanced access control and credentialing.
• Patrol buildings, perimeters, & infrastructure for risk gaps.
• Respond to incidents and prepare incident reports.
• Escort vendors and support security for events.
• Maintain security logs and documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• California BSIS Guard Card (or ability to obtain).
• Five+ years in security ops, aerospace/technical env preferred.
• Proven incident response and report-writing skills.
• Strong communication and de-escalation abilities.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, holidays as needed.
