📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional identity and product-safety programs
• Own multi-year roadmap for identity, access, and safety across Pinterest
• Partner with safety, product, data science, and operations to ship protections against scams and
• Use AI to accelerate program execution while ensuring safety and accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in technical program management or similar role
• Experience in trust & safety, security, identity, or related areas at scale
• Bachelor’s degree in technical/quantitative field or equivalent
• Ability to ramp on complex domains and collaborate with senior engineers
• Strong governance and ability to drive multi-quarter programs with many teams
• Empathy for users at risk and focus on durable protections
