• Strong UX instincts and ability to translate principles into intuitive user experiences
• Ability to build cohesive visual systems for websites and digital-first experiences
• Design and build instinct with curiosity for new tools, higher fidelity, and near-production-ready
• Strong communication to align cross-functional and executive stakeholders
• Fluency in industry-standard tools (Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma); familiarity with AI tools
