Associate Director, International Business Analytics

📋 Description

• Define strategic analytics direction on a global scale to shape brand strategy and performance
• Lead design and evolution of the Business Analytics function with frameworks and best practices
• Identify innovative analytics approaches to answer commercial questions
• Partner with BI, Brand Leadership, Data Strategy, and IT to scale analytics capabilities
• Lead external data partnerships (IQVIA, ZS, Veeva, others) and manage vendor relationships
• Educate and train Commercial teams on data and analytics enhancements

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive analytics experience, including 7+ years in pharma
• Deep expertise across pharma data types (sales, promotional, real-world, patient-level)
• Knowledge of IQVIA, Veeva, ZS and comparable vendors
• Demonstrated leadership in a complex global matrixed environment
• Executive-level communication and storytelling to influence strategy
• Experience with AI, ML, Big Data architecture, and Data Ontology
