📋 Description

• New business driver: lead prospection for the studio and convert early conversations into scoped
• Studio IP manager: oversee internal projects and IP with structured rigor.
• End-to-end delivery owner: own AI image/video projects from kickoff to delivery across clients.
• Client communication lead: run production check-ins, manage expectations, drive next steps.
• Early-stage alignment partner: refine briefs to executable plans.
• Production framework builder: set timelines, milestones, review cycles, and gates.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of project management experience in creative/production environments.
• Proven track record managing multiple projects with high client touch and tight timelines.
• Strong production instincts and ability to move work without draining the team.
• Excellent client presence and proactive commercial mindset to drive revenue through pitching.
• Highly organized, systems-minded, and comfortable in fast-moving environments.
• Experience with AI-enabled or rapid-iteration creative pipelines is a big plus.
