📋 Description
- Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple programs across product/engineering
- Coordinate cross-functional teams incl. Engineering, Product, Compliance, Risk
- Facilitate technical and business discussions for informed decisions
- Establish governance, status reporting, and exec communications
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics
- Support dev and release cycles, change mgmt, and comms
🎯 Requirements
- 4–7 years in Technical Program/Project Mgmt
- 2+ years fintech initiatives: banking, payments, trading
- SDLC & Agile expertise
- Experience with large-scale projects, APIs, cloud platforms
- Knowledge of KYC/AML and regulatory concepts
- Strong communication with technical/non-technical stakeholders
