📋 Description
- Aligns DSS study teams with program/study strategies.
- Acts as DSS lead for assigned studies, coordinating DSS study teams.
- Interacts with cross-functional teams to meet objectives.
- Uses operational analytics and PM tools to optimize program execution.
- Ensures adherence to GCPs, ICH, and AbbVie SOPs; stays updated on regs.
- Coaches Data Science Associates; may supervise contract resources.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business/CS/life sciences; Master’s preferred. PMP or Lean Six Sigma Green
- 3+ years pharma/clinical/research/data management or 5+ years PM experience.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial processes; experience managing trials.
- Proven leadership and ability to influence without authority.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
