📋 Description

• Own network build strategy for backup care, prioritizing markets and expansion sequencing
• Translate strategy into outreach plans and territory goals; adjust with market data
• Lead grassroots outreach to daycare centers, elder care facilities, and other providers
• Manage end-to-end provider partnerships and recruiting to ensure staffing
• Negotiate and close partnership agreements balancing coverage, cost, and quality
• Coordinate credentialing and background checks to meet safety standards

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years building networks or supply in marketplaces or two-sided platforms
• Track record of market prioritization and opening new markets
• Proven success recruiting and vetting service providers or caregivers at scale
• Hands-on operator able to do outreach, cold outreach, and local partnerships
• Experience mentoring a small team and setting clear territory goals
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with external partners
