📋 Description

• Provide scientific review and oversight of bioanalytical projects.
• Support production and validation teams with guidance and training.
• Coordinate with Lincoln and Phoenix staff for training consistency.
• Connect validation protocols with production goals and timelines.
• Identify assay issues and troubleshoot with appropriate personnel.
• Analyze data to support project timelines and decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's degree in science with 4 years analytical experience OR Bachelor's degree with 2 years
• 3-6 years of bench experience preferred.
• 3+ years laboratory/GLP knowledge preferred.
• Proficiency with computers.
• Excellent oral and written skills.
