Lead Manufacturing Engineer (Starlink PCBA)

📋 Description

• Lead a team of engineers and specialists for the Starlink PCBA manufacturing team
• Responsible for SMT, post-processing manufacturing processes, and testing
• Implement plug-and-play processes to production for high volume throughput (3M+ per year)
• Align department initiatives with manufacturing engineering goals
• Own the manufacturing development strategy for quality, delivery, and cost metrics
• Manage technical documentation strategy and ensure records are up-to-date

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of science in aerospace, mechanical, systems, electrical, or manufacturing engineering
• 3+ years of hands-on manufacturing experience
• Master's degree in an engineering discipline
• Experience leading teams of high-performing engineers
• Experience with high reliability electronics assemblies
• Proficiency in electronics manufacturing techniques, PCB/PCBA, lamination, test
