📋 Description
- Develop and manage agent-facing marketing collateral across lines of business
- Coordinate, design, edit, and distribute product sheets, presentations, and resources
- Maintain product accuracy; reflect rate changes and product revisions in materials
- Support agent-to-customer selling with clear, compelling content
- Coordinate timelines and approvals across multiple projects
- Collaborate with sales, product, legal, underwriting to stay on-brand and compliant
🎯 Requirements
- 3–5 years of marketing experience; experience with independent agents preferred
- Practical insurance knowledge, especially P&C products for independent-agent channel
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Strong written communication and ability to translate complex insurance info into clear content
- Design skills with PowerPoint, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop)
- Familiarity with compliance processes; proficiency with MS Office
