Fulfillment Buyer (Starship)

📋 Description

• Support Starbase purchases across multiple commodities and stakeholders
• Review PRs, issue POs timely and accurately
• Ensure supplier PO acknowledgement and alignment with SpaceX terms
• Obtain original promise dates from suppliers
• Lead supplier onboarding and miscellaneous procurement projects
• Act as SpaceX internal customer service for buyers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years in supply chain/production/engineering in lieu
• Purchasing experience in capital equipment or indirect buying
• Strong problem-solving and speed bias
• Excellent customer service and communication (written/verbal/presentation)
• Analytical and organizational skills; MS Office proficiency
• Highest integrity in all activities
