🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive software engineering and technical architecture experience.
• 5+ years in VP/Senior Director or equivalent architecture leadership with enterprise-wide
• Proven success building architecture teams and standardizing practices across large engineering
• Deep hands-on expertise in modern architecture: React, Node.js/Java, API design.
• Strong cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern data platforms (Databricks or Snowflake).
• Experience standardizing enterprise capabilities such as CIAM, SSO, CI/CD, DORA metrics, and AI/LLM
