Senior Deal Execution Analyst

📋 Description

• Act as trusted advisor to Sales Team on Deal Desk processes, systems (Salesforce, DealHub
• Assist Sales Team with non-standard or complex orders and navigate deal requirements
• Manage Salesforce data integrity, accounts, reports, and customer consumption tracking
• Support contract signature process and resolve issues impacting deal execution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure deals, approvals, and order management
• Review deals for terms, billing, and pricing alignment with Braze systems

🎯 Requirements

• You have 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Deal Desk, or related role
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets
• Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce.com
• Experience supporting non-standard or complex commercial transactions
• Team player with cross-functional collaboration and strong written/verbal communication
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
