PER DIEM- Licensed School-Based Mental Health Clinician

📋 Description

• Provide direct school-based mental health services to students
• Assess risk and coordinate referrals to higher levels of care when needed
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Collaborate with families, school staff, and interdisciplinary teams
• Support families with parent programming and engagement
• Maintain timely, compliant clinical documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Active clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT) in the state
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
• 2+ years supervising staff in a clinical setting; supervision certification preferred
• 4+ years of experience with children/adolescents with behavioral and emotional needs
• Proficient in clinical documentation and EMR, MS Office
• Experience working with schools, families, and community services
