Facilities Associate — Laoag| Newly licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer

📋 Description

• Oversee facilities operations with the Property Management Group.
• Manage facility inventory and assets and ensure cleanliness.
• Coordinate maintenance incl. fire systems, power & A/C, inspections.
• Provide facilities support to employees to aid service delivery.
• Work from internal helpdesk tickets and track status.
• Coordinate with IT and finance for schedules and budgets.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• Licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer.
• Know basic civil/structural building concepts.
• Experience with generators and UPS units.
• Ability to review vendor PM reports and plan actions.
• Strong written/oral communication and confidentiality.
