Contract Development Analyst

📋 Description

• Analyze sold case and underwriting documents to create new case and amendment certificates and
• Review prior carrier certificates and policies, compare with current contracts, identify
• Provide contract administration support to internal teams and assist with certificate and policy

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 5 years of product-related experience.
• Experience in group insurance and contract development analysis is preferred, particularly 3 or
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to evaluate options and resolve
• Ability to independently review exceptions, make non-routine decisions, and exercise sound judgment
• Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize workloads, manage deadlines
