📋 Description

• Own strategy, roadmap, governance, and success metrics for AI programs.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI/tech initiatives (LLM products, automation, analytics, data).
• Ensure projects meet scope, timelines, budgets, quality, and objectives.
• Translate business challenges into technical workstreams and plans.
• Establish governance with cadences, steering, risk/issue mgmt, exec reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in tech consulting/delivery, Big 3 or top firm experience.
• 5+ years in program/portfolio management leading large multi-biz tech programs.
• Proven AI/data/ML/LLM solution delivery from concept to production.
• Hands-on software engineering or data science background (Python, Java, ML, data platforms).
• Ability to review code and contribute to architecture decisions.
• Strong understanding of the LLM lifecycle and governance.
