Production Designer

📋 Description

• Design static visuals for product interfaces, social media, and display advertising
• Work with a global team of designers, illustrators, animators, editors, and art directors across
• Harmonize speed, style, and scale to produce high-quality assets steadily
• Ensure pixel-perfection and QA-tested quality
• Adhere to guidelines; ensure consistency across ad formats, dimensions, and languages
• Collaborate with art directors on the client side, representing Monks from a design POV

🎯 Requirements

• ~2+ years of experience crafting digital ads and assets
• Strong Photoshop and Illustrator skills; Sketch or Figma bonus
• Silhouetting and retouching skills a plus
• Organized files, layers, and folders; capable of independent task ownership
• Contribute to multiple production stages from styles/layouts to language versioning
• Strong layout design, process efficiency mindset, and ability to handle repetitive tasks
