RevOps Analytics & BI Analyst

📋 Description

• Build and maintain a curated data layer using dbt models and transformations.
• Design scalable data transformation architecture for new datasets.
• Define and standardize core revenue metrics (ARR, pipeline, forecasting, KPIs).
• Develop a semantic layer for revenue analytics.
• Own the BI reporting layer with dashboards and self-service reporting.
• Translate GTM and RevOps questions into metrics, dashboards, and insights.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong SQL and data modeling skills; experience with transformations and analytics workflows.
• Practical experience with dbt or equivalent data transformation framework.
• Proven ability to design clear BI dashboards for decision-making.
• Strong data visualization and metric-definition skills.
• Experience owning analytics lifecycle: raw data → model → metric → dashboard → insight.
• Ability to translate GTM, Sales, and RevOps questions into analytical solutions.
