📋 Description
- Support acquisition, management, accountability, use, and disposal of government real property.
- Maintain inventories, records, reports, and supporting docs (APSR, property jackets).
- Reconcile real property records with occupying/operating orgs annually.
- Assist FIAR activities and audits within required timelines.
- Process leases, permits, easements, licenses, and other real estate actions.
- Collaborate with base stakeholders to resolve property-related matters.
🎯 Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in real property; legal document research or prep exp.
- Bachelor’s in Business Admin, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of federal real property procedures and Air Force guidance.
- Ability to complete AFIT Real Property Management Course WMGT 424 within 12 months.
- Experience with property inventory, data analysis, reporting, and compliance.
- Strong written and verbal communication; able to work with diverse stakeholders.
