Manager, Trial Delivery Management

📋 Description

• Lead study-level activities to support global clinical trial delivery.
• Coordinate country and regional operations, oversee vendors, manage trial docs, and mitigate
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners across clinical development.
• Contribute to operational strategy, program training, process improvements, and inspection
• Mentor colleagues and strengthen team productivity in a global, matrixed environment.
• Influence trial delivery and development of innovative treatments.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Life Sciences or related discipline.
• At least 8 years in pharmaceutical/biopharma/healthcare or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical development and clinical research operations (Phases I–IV).
• Proven ability to manage multiple aspects of global trial execution; 2–3 years leading multiple
• Demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, and independent execution in complex, matrixed
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
