Web3 Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own product discovery, strategy, planning, prioritization, and delivery
• Conduct user research with crypto users to uncover workflows and pain points
• Translate needs into specs, requirements, and roadmaps
• Manage backlog; work with engineering and design end-to-end
• Make decisions on networks, wallets, and protocols using data and usage
• Coordinate initiatives across engineering, design, compliance, marketing, support, ops

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8+ years PM experience in payments/e‑commerce/fintech
• Built and shipped user-facing products with measurable impact
• Strong e‑commerce/payments experience + 1–3 years Web3 exposure
• 3+ years end-to-end ownership of products
• Hands-on knowledge of payments and checkout experiences
• DeFi concepts: vaults, collateralized positions, bridging, gas dynamics
