🎯 Requirements

• Degree in bioinformatics, software engineering, or related biotechnology field or equivalent
• Fluency in at least one programming language (Python, BASH, C++, Java, etc.).
• Solid understanding of genomics and molecular biology; solid understanding of NGS and its
• Analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams to identify and solve customer-related issues
• 1-2 years experience in a customer-facing role is strongly preferred; hands-on experience with
