🎯 Requirements

• Strong academic pedigree; Tier-1 institute preferred.
• Experience in Tier-1 product/consumer internet or fintech with high-scale growth.
• Proven growth, lifecycle marketing/CLM and app growth experience.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking; translate data to outcomes.
• Hands-on experimentation, growth analytics, segmentation and personalization.
• Experience leveraging AI/Agentic capabilities to enhance growth.
