Lead Brand and Product Designer

📋 Description

• Own and evolve the visual identity across brand, product, marketing, paid media, social content
• Lead product design from concepts and wireframes to user flows, high-fidelity designs, prototypes
• Create functional prototypes using Figma AI, Claude tools, and other agentic design/dev tools.
• Produce prototypes that clearly communicate interactions for engineering teams.
• Develop and improve the product design system, closing design gaps and debt.
• Research and evaluate AI design/animation/image-generation tools to improve workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of professional design experience in product/SaaS/agency or similar fast-paced env.
• Exceptional visual design taste; strong typography, layout, composition, interaction, and visual
• Expert-level Figma and Figma AI proficiency.
• Expert-level experience with Claude, Claude Code, and Claude Design in real workflows.
• Strong experience with AI-powered animation and image-generation tools (e.g., Higgsfield)
• Strong portfolio showing brand/visual design and product/UX work with evidence of creativity and
