Lead Quality Engineer, Design Services

📋 Description

• Define and execute comprehensive test strategies for Clienteling apps.
• Lead QE activities across multiple Agile teams.
• Architect and maintain scalable test automation for mobile and API.
• Adopt XCUITest and Playwright within CI/CD to reduce flaky tests.
• Partner with Engineering/Product to embed quality in delivery.
• Mentor and coordinate QE team members and tech direction.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in CS/Engineering preferred.
• 7+ years in Quality Engineering or related field.
• Proven QE lead experience on complex, cross-functional projects.
• Mentor QE teams; establish standards, metrics, and processes.
• Hands-on with test automation, CI/CD, and release readiness.
• Strong iOS and API automation knowledge; CI/CD integration.
