📋 Description

• Serve as primary liaison between customers, regional teams, and R&D.
• Bridge scientific expertise with practical application to solve formulation challenges.
• Align regional and global activities with a customer-centric approach.
• Develop new knowledge for customers and internal teams.
• Support scale-up and market-ready supplement applications; coordinate testing and manufacturing

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree (MS/PhD preferred) in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Technology, Biotechnology, Food
• 5+ years in nutraceutical/ dietary supplement or pharmaceutical industry.
• 5+ years B2B customer-facing experience.
• Proven formulation development experience (capsules, tablets, gummies, liquids, etc.).
• Hands-on GMP, scale-up, and analytical testing expertise.
