Manager - Data Platform & Architecture Lead

📋 Description

• Own the architecture and technical roadmap for Riveron’s enterprise data platform.
• Lead Snowflake data warehouse / lakehouse design, including data modeling, ingestion
• Design reusable data models, semantic layers, and governed datasets for enterprise reporting and
• Partner with reporting and analytics teams to modernize Power BI models (Microsoft Fabric
• Support Alteryx modernization and migration where appropriate, replacing manual workflows with
• Design data integration patterns across Salesforce, SharePoint / Microsoft 365, finance systems

🎯 Requirements

• 6-9 years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, cloud data platforms, or analytics
• Deep hands-on experience with Snowflake, SQL, data modeling, ELT / ETL, and enterprise data
• Experience with Power BI semantic models required; Microsoft Fabric or similar enterprise BI
• Strong understanding of data governance, security, role-based access, data quality, and lifecycle
• Experience integrating data from SaaS platforms, APIs, finance systems, Salesforce, and flat-file
• Ability to design scalable architecture while still contributing hands-on when needed.
